| Frank Vandiver studied Building Construction at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama before he became the Director of the Alabama Building Commision in Montgomery in 1983. Services as director of the state building commision include supervision of the design and construction of all state funded buidlings (universities, offices, hospitals, etc.). He served as the Executive Vice President of J.T. Schrimsher Construction (Huntsville, Alabama) in 1986-7 before establishing his own firm, R.F. Vandiver Construction, in 1987. Frank is a member of the Construction Specification Institute (CSI) and the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association.
